High Court dismisses petition challenging Maharashtra CM`s 2024 election win

The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court dismissed a petition filed by Congress leader Prafulla Gudadhe against Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis’s 2024 election win from the Nagpur South West seat. The court cited the petitioner’s absence at the time of filing as the reason for dismissal.
